I understand that the property was under construction, however, the complete property looked like it had been abandoned. Most of the hot tubs didn't work, siding was breaking off of the buildings that were in commission, the roof was breaking and missing pieces, the ONLY water slide on property was shut down for about 45 mins at a time every 20 mins or so because the staff member needed a break, my food order by the pool took over an hour to get because I kept being told that the oil was being changed, the room smelled of mildew and the carpets were dirty. Honestly, for the price that I paid I thought that I was getting a fun staycation for my family, and all we got was a rundown facility with very limited amenities. I wish I would have known beforehand because I would not have wasted my money. The property used to be a beautiful place to stay, but now I will never go back.

We stayed one night at the Hilton after choosing it based on good reviews and its proximity to the airport, as we had a late-night flight arrival. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. When we arrived around 11:00 PM, we had a very hard time finding the entrance. The hotel is currently under major construction — something we were not made aware of when booking. Check-in took place in what appeared to be a temporary, makeshift lobby. Our room was extremely outdated and had a musty odor. To make matters worse, we found someone’s old sock under the vanity, which made the space feel unclean. Since it was already late and we were only staying for one night, we decided to tough it out, but it was disappointing to pay well over $200 for a musty, outdated room in the middle of a construction zone. I wish the hotel had been more transparent about the ongoing renovations. For the price, this stay did not meet the standards we expected from a Hilton property

The property was undergoing major construction, the food at the hole in the wall restaurant was served undercooked 2 days in a row, the "water park" did not have enough rafts for the guests (some were even deflated), and the room sizes were obviously falsfised.

This place is false advertising their property. Not even providing Hilton Honor members with an update on their app to notify their customers of this old and outdated location. I had to switch rooms because the first one tub was scratched and rusty. The back of the toilet had a brown stain running down it. The carpet. No way this is legal. The carpet i would not allow us to walk without shoe's. I have a 2yr old and we had to get out of there. Would have left the entire place yet 1200 for 4 nights for this crap would have been a waste. We were moved from 1229 to 1329 i believe and nothing better but a cleaner toilet. No microwave so dont buy food and put in fridge. Its a waste. I came to celebrate my MBA graduation with my family of 4. And i dont recommend. The remodel and work being done awakes you early with less parking avail at night. I hear the pool bar was not open. The towels and wash cloths were filthy and brown and nasty. The staff seem less concerned with these conditions. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. THE CODE AND COMPLIANCE NEEDS TO BE CALLED IMMEDIATELY. DONOT STAY HERE!

Property had large construction going on that was not disclosed. Disappointed and many of the disclosed restaurants were closed, had to go off property, made the best of it but would have stayed elsewhere for sure if the true photos were shown.

Dog friendly, nice staff, nice sized rooms, cool grounds, but this hotel feels 1000 years old. There was a ton of construction going on, so they are obviously doing some major renovations (awesome), but feels overpriced for now. Upgrade the rooms, new carpet please, add some restaurants, better bar. Please.

Only stayed one night and room was clean, staff helpful. They are remodeling an area so they moved the coffee and snacks shop to lobby which made it convenient. Our room over looked the pool area and kids were easily heard playing, sometimes loudly, but overall property was good.
