The carpet was disgusting. Stains all over, worn through and from the 80’s?? Had to call maintenance twice for hot water. Third time I would’ve called but gave up. It was too late. My kids took cold showers. It seemed like the property had a pool, water slide and lazy river but you have to pay extra to use it. It’s a Hilton you’d think they’d live up to the name but it was more like an old roach motel. The outside looked great. I was really disappointed. I wore flip flops inside. No way I was going to touch that carpet. I felt dirty sleeping on a bed on that carpet. Pretty sure Paris Hilton should fire them from being a Hilton and she should comp my stay at the nicest Hilton. Wouldn’t stay there again. I’d feel better staying on the grass outside.

Nice property, good location, close enough to everything you’re hoping to get to. Enjoyed the lazy River, just wish it was open past 6pm during the week. Staff was attentive and easy to reach if we needed anything.

Our flight landed early and we did "pre check in" aroumd 8am. They told us they would send us a text message when the room was ready, should be around noon. We never received this message and returned back at 4pm. With after calling the week of, and requesting rooms nexet to each other. They didn't get us even near one another- we were very seperated from our large party and guests that arrived after us got closer to our room. They completely disregarded outlr request, this hotel is not good for large groups. An entire building and pool was under construction causeing the one smaller pool to be so crowded, with smoking, drinking and very loud music from more then 10 induvisual speakers that were over playing one another, blasting cus words. It was a VERY BAD environment for having children, almost seemed like a pool club that is unregulated. The small pool was cloudy and discusting the whole 3 day stay. There was a group of kids throwing a football in the pool and lazy river hiting me and my friends many times. These kids were splashing adults and being rude. When staff was notified many times from multiple people, they didn't do anything. They just caused conflict amongst adults at the pool making a very uncomfortable situation. Rooms were hot and AC was set to the lowest it could go and the room was still at best 80* during the day.

It was easy to get to. The staff was Friendly. The pools were pretty dirty so that was a bummer and they close early and inside was partially updated but very dark. We wish there was more lighting. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. It wasnt bad but wasnt amazing.

Hole in the wall - only dining option outside pool has kitchen working out of mobile kitchen. Sits in middle of hotel construction. Meals and service extremely variable dependent on staff. Rest of property and service okay, but extent of construction inhibits atmosphere of property.

The property was huge and the rooms were quiet, which was so nice! Loved spending our days at the waterpark and nights in the pool or just relaxing. The staff were very attentive both at the hotel and at Hole in the Wall restaurant. Our waiter, James, was absolutely amazing. Very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area for the family. The only negative that I would say is that the restaurant is crazy expensive.

Horrible! We were were supposed to stay Thursday until Sunday. We checked out early on Friday. It was horrible. Felt like we were at at motel 6 instead of a resort. Rooms were dusty and dirty. Found an OLD pizza in between the seat cushions. DISGUSTING! Pools were gross and murky. And also had a bunch of debris in it. There was an old toe nail clipping on my sisters bed. (We got adjoining rooms) her tub was rusty and looked like blood initially. Her tub also didn’t have a non slip mat and her daughter fell in the tub. Head boards were ripped. We were completely disgusted. Very disappointing to see such a run down hotel call themselves a resort. Not at all like what I saw in pictures. It was just awful!

Staff was very nice, the water park was small but very nice and never felt crowded. The hotel appears to be undergoing renovation and I would have appreciated knowing prior to making my reservation. Our room was conveniently located but the carpets were stained and the bar area/minifridge was damaged.

Big room, lots of pool, lazy river, great restaurants. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is at Hole in the wall which have great food. Bar at the pools have awesome smoothies. Kids enjoyed swimming throughout our stay.
