My room was located above a generator or fan that caused a constant rumbling sensation. It made me very uncomfortable, so I requested to switch to another room just 10 minutes after checking in. Unfortunately, the staff did not believe me at first and were unwilling to provide another room right away. Eventually, I was switched to a different room, but the initial lack of trust from the staff left me feeling even more uncomfortable.

Initial room's air conditioning was so loud it was interrupting our sleep. The front desk clerk gave us a different room which was perfect. Problem averted. The noisy room was 215.

The bed was comfortable, however, next time my wife and I will bring our own pillows. The pillows are very uncomfortable. Not much support. The room was very clean, the staff was pleasant and friendly, and overall it was a very nice stay.
