Very nice neighborhood, nice house. Room was fine. Parking on street not my favorite, but was fine. Shared bathroom was a surprise--either I missed that fact, or Expedia wasn't clear. It turned out ok because all of the guests were great. However, the experience could be terrible with bad guests.

I had a lovely time here. This was my first time, and definitely not my last !! I highly recommend it . So much better and nicer than staying on a hotel . The neighborhood is gorgeous, dining very close by as well as shopping. Easy access to the freeway- all 10/10 !!

We did not expect it to be a room in someone’s house. I thought it would feel intrusive on the stay and the entire experience. It turned to to be the opposite. It was a much needed, nice, peaceful stay that felt just as private as a hotel.

Hidden Gem

My fiancé and myself stayed for a night. It was just what we were looking for, nice and quiet. Very clean and the owner was easy to contact via text message. Seemed like friendly people to me. I would recommend this place to others as well. It is more of a room with shared areas like the restrooms and kitchen but we didn’t see anyone the entire time we were there and enjoyed our stay.
