The hotel its self was good - clean, good beds etc. we were very disappointed with the night clerk when we checked in. She clearly should not be dealing with the public. She acted as though we were a nuisance. We have stayed at many Hampton’s and have never had attitude like we got from her. She would be better suited cleaning the rooms where she has no customer contact. Her attitude is not what the Hampton Inn wants as their “face””.
