You didn't give me a receipt, the toilet in the bathroom ran constantly and the repair guy couldn't' speak English so he didn't' understand the issue, there was no light in the Livingroom area so you couldn't read or do any work at the desk there ( there was a light switch as you walked in the room, but you had no light installed!), there was no blanket in the closet so I had to put my coat over me on the bed to stay warm.

Free airport shuttle now replaced by Uber. Waited for an hour for Blue Toyota Hybrid with driver Robertigo at Door 2 Terminal 4 PHX Driver reported we were a no show. Front desk gave me a hard time before rebooking but eventually sent Scott in a Nissan Rogue. Scott was excellent and helped my wife in a wheelchair and luggage. Hotel does not accept cash and accessible room was not ready. Uber return to PHX was done at 5:30AM . Missed Hotel Breakfast which started @ 6am but was able to get an apple and coffee. No hotel phones were working so no wake up call! No business center so could not print boarding passes Room was clean and comfortable! one night stay ok
