Good place

The staff were very polite, and were efficient with check in & check out. Breakfast was very good as well, the room was a tad messy though. There was stains on the carpet, the shower faucet in the bathroom constantly dripped.

Our first room was dirty, my baby and toddler were playing on the floor and I noticed stains on the floors and grabbed a towel to see if it was wet. Sure enough it was wet and the towel was filthy with whatever junk was on the floor. Showed item to receptionist and they upgraded our room. Upgraded room still had dirty floors but not wet or as bad as the previous room.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This stay was horrible, when we first arrived, the first room the ac didn’t work, the next room we unpacked and the tv didn’t work, and then the staff FALSELY ACCUSED us of smoking in the hotel room, when we didn’t. They entered our room when we left and called us. We tried to speak with the employees and they themselves confirmed, they smelled no smoke, no smoking items were found in the room, they refused to give us any money back for our stay, instead threatened us with police. Complete scam and totally unprofessional. The number provided for corporate is : 480 634 6386
