Our comfortable yet elegant furniture awaits in this fresh & sparkling very private condo (with easy elevator access) on the top (4th ) Floor with stunning views over the lovely inner courtyard, fountain & out to the Phoenix Mountains. We are repeat renters & have been pleased with this property & amenities in the past. Unfortunately, our last stay was inconvenienced (at 3 separate times) by a water main break. Although this was not the fault of the owner we were forced to shower & etc. elsewhere. The owner did offer use of another property but it was too late. We have asked for an adjustment of one night’s rent but have had no response. Therefore, we cannot give this property a higher rating.

It was a great place to stay. Everything was perfect. The host Paula was very accommodating and respondsons were quick. The resturant The Collins was out standing with incredible food and drink Short walk,about 300 feet once you walked to 32nd street. We had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo! The condo itself is beautiful and sparkling clean, and has every amenity you could need.
