Overall, it was just meh
The stay started off rocky. From the moment we were dropped oft, there was a group of individuals yelling and laughing at the top of their lungs, first outside of the property, and then into the lobby. The profanity was outrageous. The yelling continued and was so loud, that we couldn’t hear the staff member checking us in. At no point did any staff member step in to ask the group to quiet down or leave; it just went on and on. Then it took a long time to check me in and I still don’t know why. Once checked in, I provided the manager with my feedback about my experience, and while she apologized, she didn’t seem overly concerned about it. My room was large, with a fantastic view. That said, there were stains on the curtains, and many of the furniture pieces had dents and chips on them. The A/C was extremely loud and made a bang every time it turned on and off, which made it difficult for me to have a good night’s sleep. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with the property or the room.
