This stay was horrendous. My room wasn’t what I paid for. The staff admitted that I could change my room. Once I packed up all my belonging and came to the front, he then told me that the room couldn’t be changed. I then had to return back to my room that didn’t have a working phone to contact maintenance after I noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working during 80 degree weather. I went all day without air conditioning until 12:30a when a team of workers knocking on my door. It was total disappointment and I’ll be reaching out to the hotel directly.

Lovely property. Christian was so helpful and pleasant when checking us in. We had no shower gel in our shower but we made do. Great convenient accommodation to where we were going and the shuttle to the Casino was great. Would definitely stay here again.
