I am the Director of Reentry Services for EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute in Cleveland, Ohio and I travel a lot across the country offering a free education in hospitality. This means I can be particular about service. While the entire stay was amazing I want to specifically spotlight Chris J. We arrived early and he was extremely welcoming. He got us checked in and offered to store our luggage until the room was ready. He promised to contact us as soon as it was ready and he did just that. Additionally he offered directions and suggestions for things in the area to do while we waited including where we can get a great cheese steak and we were not disappointed. I am sure we will visit Philadelphia soon and we will definitely be back at the courtyard.

This hotel was very nice but the air conditioning in our room was not working. It was ridiculously hot during the night. Other then that the hotel was a great price and convenient location.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The facility was in great shape and the staff was friendly and helpful. While the location is very central (and right next to the convention center if that's why you're visiting), it's a little mixed with the crowd out on the streets around the property. All in all, I was very happy with my stay though and would go back.
