The Alexander Inn is a great option for travelers looking to spend a night or two in Philadelphia. The location is very convenient with restaurants nearby and is walking distance from historical sites. The continental breakfast was good enough, and the front desk staff was very friendly. It was a nice stay overall. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite nice. The bed could have been softer for a single room, but I could still sleep ok. The window on the 7th floor offered a nice view of the city.
