Everything about this property was amazing! Fabulous location, beautiful spacious airy and spotless apartment. Parking space on drive. Great summer stay

Martine is warm and hospitable, and left a beautiful home for us to stay for a few days in summer. The house is spacious and comfortable, and is a short walk to a quiet beach. We had a great time and will be staying again for our next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Martinez’s lovely apartment It’s a short walk to the beach and an easy 10-15 min walk into the centre of Scarborough’s cafe strip The place is very well set up. Excellent house near the beach

Really lovely house. Immaculate condition and it has a lovely open and airy feel about it. It's well located, close to the beach (there are ocean views from the kitchen) but just out of Scarborough a bit. It has large garden and lawn area as well.
