Kitchen area was clean. House is a little run down. Mattresses and old Tyers in backyard this place is not suited to people with small kids. Very Dark inside, Windows could not be open at all, no escape in a fire situation. Back yard not looked after at all. I know they are in drought but you can still clean up.

This is a pleasant property located in a quiet suburb, handy for reaching the city and not far from local shops.The property seems to have been someone's home, then been sold and possibly being refurbished room by room. Various things are dated and in need of renovation although still comfortably liveable. The main downside is probably the bathroom which has peeling paint, and especially the toilet which has no ventilation, no hand basin and when we went a disgusting toilet brush on the windowsill.The kitchen was modernised and great.

This is an older but clean and comfortable home. My husband and enjoyed a two week stay and were pleased overall with our accomodations. Good internet, updated kitchen and spacious lounge. Would book again.
