The train station is a 7-minute drive, with Perth CBD approximately 45 minutes by train. Perth Airport is 86 km away.


You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.



The Space
Upstairs is the heart of the home — open plan living and dining framed by uninterrupted ocean views. The balcony is where mornings begin with coffee and evenings end with sunsets over the Indian Ocean.
Downstairs provides additional sleeping space and a second bathroom so everyone can spread out comfortably.
This is a relaxed, authentic coastal home — generous in size, easy to live in, and made for connection.

Pets are welcome by prior approval.
A $150 surcharge per pet per stay applies (may vary for extended stays).

Parking
A maximum of four vehicles are permitted and must remain parked on the driveway. No street or verge parking please.

A True Coastal Family Home
This is a relaxed, family-friendly beachfront home with classic coastal character. It is not a newly built or high-rise luxury property — it is an authentic beach house designed for comfort, space and memory-making.
Identity Check & Security Hold
Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our secure Guest App — similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety for all.

A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed on a card and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
We are happy to consider early check-in or late check-out requests where possible. These are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Fees apply at $50 per hour.

For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior.

Natural Coastal Environment
As a beachfront home in regional Western Australia, occasional insects such as ants, flies or mosquitoes can appear — particularly if doors are left open or food is exposed.
The home is professionally treated, but coastal weather conditions can increase activity.

This is part of the natural environment and does not constitute grounds for refunds. If anything seems unusual, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

Rental Agreement
Guests are required to read and accept our rental agreement in accordance with our insurance requirements prior to arrival.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions. Our cancellation policy is strict and refunds are not issued unless an issue is directly caused by the listing.

Long Stays
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean is included.
For extended stays beyond one month, a clean will be scheduled fortnightly at the owner’s expense.
