Cabin was neat and clean except for the showerhead which was green and disgusting. Brought it to the attention of the admin ladies and it was replaced straight away however i feel this should have been picked up when the cabins are cleaned. There was a loud vibration noise every night which could be heard very loudly in the bedroom of the cabin making it hard to sleep, plus sirens every night. If your looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday this is not the accomodation for you. However the service was fantastic! And Grant the handyman was also fantastic and very helpful! The park is very run down compared to other Big 4's could benefit from asking the permanant residents to clean up their areas to make it look more appealing.

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay, the park is situated in a quiet area & well maintained, we stayed in a cabin which was roomy and well designed. The office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was within the TV/Games/Common room each day laid across the lounge (for the entire day) there was *who appeared* a homeless man with very poor hygiene, scruffy clothes, no shoes, matted hair and smelt terribly... so bad that we felt the room was un-in habitable due to the smell. Other than this we will surely stay there again, perhaps avoiding that room!

Room was very small and tired. Excessive noise from adjoining units. Attempted to use the nominated kitchen but only 1 small plate and 3 cutlery knives were available for use.

Accomodation was fine. A little disappointed that no one had the consideration to talk to us as we were a little late packing our car. The accomodation had been vacated by 10 o’clock but someone decided to send us a text highlighting the check out time rather than talking to us.

The layout of some cabins means that share a small entry foyer and so every thunk of the neighbour’s front door shutting is loudly heard in your cabin. Not great when they return at 4.00am. The bedroom would benefit from curtains that provide better blockout of the morning sun. The wifi cuts in and out, we gave up on it.

The bed had a "body channel" close to the side - I couldn't sleep in the middle. The floor was gritty... after a shower, I had to brush my feet before putting socks on... I was asked (by TXT) if a worker could replace my exhaust fan, sure... but they left debris all over the toilet and window sill... apparently the local 'police' complained (again via TXT) that I was speeding in the driveways... no idea how as the speed bumps made that very difficult. All-in-all an experience that I have zero intention of repeating. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE... but at least it was (relatively) cheap.

We had a few relaxing nights here. Cabin was clean and ideal for what we needed, which was a comfortable bed and a kitchen with the essentials. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this caravan park to family and friends.

I stayed one night and booked the Big 4 for its proximity to Perth Airport. Single room was super clean, air conditioning was excellent, milk in the fridge and complimentary tea was appreciated. I also found staff very helpful with after hours check in and check out. Recommended for one night
