Complicated and difficult
Apartment itself was good. Check in process was very difficult, was not given address until a week before, was meant to be sent check in instructions a couple days before and when I wasn’t sent any lockbox information, I reached out to them via phone which took days to reply eventually Staycay answered and they told me to recheck. I confirmed that i had not received information they realised and sent me it finally. Also they made me fill out numerous of their own documents e.g rental agreements through their website which was completely seperate to Bookabatch information I filled out when booking..

I cant even put into words how much we loved our stay. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Kitchen and dining so chic love the bathroom so spacious and shower was very nice. Balcony was amazing. spacious lounge. Close to everything. Great communication, with clear and precise instructions on checking in and out. A very convenient location with most things within walking distance and a bus stop metres from the apartment. The apartment was clean and equipped with essentials. My only one small complaint is the blind didn’t cover the window fully in the main bedroom so the light would beam through the gaps, we temporarily fixed the issue with a spare blanket.
