If you're into roadside cheap motels with bugs, this place is for you. I’ve never left a bad review before, but I feel like I have to for this. I was in Oxford to visit my daughter at Miami University for her sorority "Father's Day weekend" & just about everything locally was booked. I arrived, set my bag down, and sat on the bed. I was already disgusted with the property and room but after only 5 minutes, a big roach scurried past me ON THE BED. I swatted it off with my jacket & took a picture of it on the floor (I WISH I could post a pic here). I grabbed my bag and tried to check out. When I showed the lady the photo, she said, "but that’s an outdoor bug." I told her I was leaving, but she refused to give me a refund even after being there for a total of 15-20 minutes. The bed was still made, I hadn't used the bathroom. I ended up finding a room at the Comfort in just 2 min away. It was a little tired but it was the Taj Mahal as compared to the Oxford Inn but honestly, I would have preferred sleeping in the rental car over staying at this disgusting place. It looks like they tried to renovate the place but a coat of paint and vinyl stick down flooring couldn't hide this very tired, rundown, roadside Motel.

Staff was friendly. Parking great. Hotel was a great value. I would have given all 5's but there were a couple of things with my room that could have made it better. There was no where to hang my clothes and there was no chair in the room to sit in which made it hard to put my shoes on. Other than that it was great.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was actually quieter than I thought it might be being a ground level motel style on a busy road. The owner/receptionist was very welcoming. The bathroom is a little worn out, but overall it was fine for the price.

Although the property is older and could use some renovating, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great, and the beds & pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, and we were able to park right in front of our room.

The door knob to the bathroom was broken and you could only get out if you turned it one direction,and there was 6 spiders in the bathroom,and we got up the next morning after not being able to sleep at all because the ac was broken and i couldnt hardly breath from being stopped up and sweetie getting ip ready to take a shower to find out that there wasnt any hot water at all.Told the manager about it after i stood in the main office for 10 minutes waiting for someone but i had to bet on the counter cause he was asleep in the next room and i told hi. We didnt have any hot water hopeing to get a little bit of a refund but all i got was im sorry.ill never stay there again!!!

Not what was advertised by the composite score. Not very clean/ not thoroughly cleaned from prior usage. Shower wall base was black and moldy/mildew. Beds were comparable to the beds that are on a Navy boat (not comfortable)
