Due to major traffic on the highway, we checked in late and the hotel gave our room away. Then we called for a late check out, the hotel clerk advised if we checked out before 1pm there would not be a charge. Well the manager came to our room and said we will be charged a late fee. It was 12pm. The other manager misinformed us. We was not happy.

Clientele rude and inconsiderate. Can't believe they charged me $180 for a room where the toilet didn’t flush, the room stank of vaping, the lumpiest mattress known to mankind and is no where near the original quality of La Quinta. I will never stay at another one.

Overall a nice place to stay. Just don’t like that the pool is shut down early if no one is using it. My friend and I had just arrived and checked in our room. We changed clothes and headed down to go swimming, only for the staff to tell us that they closed the pool early because no one was in it at the time.

Check in was decent, pool was closed, some machines in gym were broken, the ac didn’t work as it should. Room was dirty, there was mold in bathroom. The atmosphere wasn’t the best, a lot of unsupervised kids. Parking lot was full of glass. Just wasn’t what I expected. Wouldn’t stay here again.
