Stayed for five days. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The property was fairly average but a good value for the price. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. Overall, there weren’t many issues with the room itself. However, we did notice two small spots on the bedding that appeared to be blood stains. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch this until the last night of our stay.

Unfortunately, my experience was not as smooth or comfortable as I had hoped. Throughout my stay, I had to move rooms three or four times due to cleanliness issues and other room-related concerns. These disruptions made it challenging to settle in and enjoy the accommodations. I believe every guest deserves a consistent and clean environment, and I felt this expectation wasn’t met during my time with you.

A good choice for the price.

Check-in was super easy. The hotel was clean overall and smelled clean. We rented two rooms and the one smelled very musty. Like it got wet and not dried out but the smell wasn’t noticeable after being in the room for a few minutes. There were no towels at the pool and we requested some but never got them. The pool was large and clean though. The waffles at breakfast were really good with the fruit topping the rest of it was what you would expect. Overall, I would stay again.

Lovely staff and breakfast.

Check-in and out were both fantastic. Reception staff was kind and friendly. Especially appreciated the upgrade. Only minor inconvenience was that the details on the web did not warn us that the pool was not heated but was not that big of a deal. Breakfast was wonderful with variety.

2nd room was way cleaner!

The check in process was not bad, had to wait for the person to come back to the front desk but he did get me my room key fast. Upon entering the room I noticed it was not clean: dried blood or feces on the wall by one of the queens beds (booked a 2 queen bedroom), vomit & some other white substance on the skirt of the bed dried, hair on the door in the bathroom, dirt/dust under the sink, the fan in the bathroom was down from the wall & covered in dust. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke & mind you I got a smoke free room so clearly someone smoked in that bathroom hoping the fan would pull the smell out. I went downstairs to request another room because of all these issues & even showed the man at the front pictures I took to prove the things I was telling him are true. He said he would put me in another room & I was thankful for that. The second room was much better! It was way cleaner than the first one on the 4th floor (second room was on the 5th floor). Side note: the 4th floor reeked like Marijuana & I HATE that smell. It was really bad but floor 5 was totally different, I could still smell it a small bit when in the hallways but nowhere near like the 4th floor.

Great weekend stay

I really enjoyed my stay I've come to this hotel many times before because of the rooms and the service that you get. The only thing that was not good was the fact that the shower wouldn't drain properly but that was manageable

It was a great stay! I just recommended the water of the pool be heated! Breakfast was great, room was amazing, great parking lot, coffee always available! If we come back I for sure be going back there!

Staff are friendly and lobby and breakfast areas are clean and present really nice. The negatives far out weigh the positives. We have stayed here 4-5 times. This location has been slowly going downhill, this time was the worst. Our room smelled like stinky dog and old cigarette smoke as soon as you walked in the door. The bedroom smelled like dog feces and there were what clearly looked like feces stains on the carpet in the bedroom. We found dog bones in the bedroom. The air conditioning worked great to cool but was clearly putting too much moisture into the room as the furniture, sheets, carpet and towels all felt wet. Speaking of towels, the room is set up for 4-5 people and they only give you 2 towels and 2 cloths. When speaking to staff they advised that is how they are told to set up the rooms. We had to go down to ask for more towels immediately and every day of our 3 days there as well because they never came to clean or restock our room the entire time we were there. When we went down the second day we were advised they could only give max 3 towels from the front desk as this is management's rules. It would make sense if the rooms were stocked with the 2 towels that they say they put in the room but when there are no towels and 5 people, 3 is not enough. We had to also go down to stock our own toilet paper as well. Furniture needs a cleaning and beds are worn out. Overall this place is run down, dirty and not well run!! Sad to say that this will be our last stay.

Was told i would get it back that day, then i would get it back the next day to i wasnt charged. Total lie very poor customer service. They dont want give cooperate phone number nor do they want you to talk to the Manager Sam. He is never available when i call
