i was seriously shocked by the quality of the stay for the price! equally as good as any marriott (as someone who has only stayed in luxury hotels really my entire life) it was fantastic. super quiet, parking very close to the rooms, newly renovated with amazingly comfortable bedding. lots of food options in easily walkable distance if you don’t drive. would love to stay here again. breakfast may not be anything fancy but the stay was well worth the money.

OMG I'm back in town and the rate is pretty good so I tried this place again when I said I was never going to come back but my budget I had to take it first time I came the ending always in the same you try to keep your deposit which they did my first time then I come back for a second time I haven't been in this place in 3 years I come back today and they try to keep my deposit again this time it was $100 deposit talking about I took a pillow this is ridiculous please take pictures of your rooms keep track of everything and do not let them scam you on keeping your deposit

Location is great, right near Kings Island, as the name indicates. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very, very basic but it was clean and functional, just a bit old and maybe rough around the edges. The main disappointment was the breakfast…poor quality and limited options. I made a similar remark about the breakfast on another review (nothing extreme, I simply said breakfast was no good) and the hotel took the time to email me personally, which was an indicator that they actually do care. If you need a place to crash after a day at Kings Island, I would recommend this property.
