My tire got slashed in the middle of the one night I stayed (based on what the mechanic said and me knowing there were zero issues with tire pressure the night before). The property did not have any cameras of the parking lot either and were not helpful in the matter. There were some people loitering around the room entrance where you had to show your room key to get in, and one of them followed us inside. The hotel had several false fire alarms going on in the same day. I had made a reservation for 2 nights for my kids and I but we left after the first night.

Need to be more up front about not being a "full service hotel" breakfast was microwave sandwiches and if you got there too late they would run out. Not being a full service Hotel meant that they would not take your trash out every day even on requests. The pool was outdoors and used a skimming given the number of dead bugs in it. The hot tub was covered by a tarp that was starting to have lichen and grow on it

Upon entering the hotel it was dimly lit it had no fresh smell at all just stale air. Our room had soiled couch, the bathroom floor was full of broken tiles and lukewarm water in the shower we were told to many guests ha ha! The breakfast was a joke frozen breakfast sandwiches and cold cereal. All this luxury for 8 hours sleep...100.00 plus tax etc.

When we arrived, there was a terrible smell. No breakfast as stated. When we arrived on our original floor, there was a very strong smell of marijuna, extremely loud, kids running everywhere unsupervised. My husband complained and the worker stated he did not smell anything however other visitors said the same thing. It was already 10:00 PM and with 2 babies, we agreed to move to another floor that originally did not have the odor however within hours, it did as well. The stairways reaked. Will never stay again.

Some of the property was beautiful and well taken care of. Other parts were not as well maintained. Our room, was a non-smoking room, but smelled of stale smoke. Our shower was scary, and there was a hole in the bathroom wall by the door. May people lived in the hotel which was a huge surprise.

Misleading Photos, Overpowering Odors, Outdated

The hotel is in an area that looked like an industrial area right off the highway, not much around. The hallways and rooms just smelled HORRIBLE of cigarette smoke and odors i don’t know what it was. Musty even you could say. Not just the hallways but the room too. I woke up with a headache from the smell. The room itself was outdated too. This hotel also does not look like the pictures they show on the listing on the site in my opinion, don’t fall for it. I even got a message from the property that said “Please note that images might not reflect the current guest experience.” Overall, I don’t recommend this place.
