Most unprofessional staff. Had room 322. Which was right across the hall from the “professional conference room”. The had a teen pajamas party with about 40-50 young teen girls. I couldn’t hear my tv in my room and front desk refused to move me without a $50 cash cleaning fee.

As a Veteran I was upset that the US Flag was in such disarray. It needs replaced ASAP! The pool was great but needed a little attention by cleaning the ring around the top of the pool.

Staff is ok, but the room safe had no batteries and was not working. Other than this it was clean, everything worked. I thought cost could be a bit lower, also I have stayed here 3-4 times and that is not recognized.

Great property at a Great price
I stay here often and have reviewed the LivInn before. It's still my go to hotel in Cincinnati. The value is exceptional, as is the staff, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Oh...and I love the pancake machine.
