The hotel was great staff really took pride in their jobs and kept the place clean. They are trying to fix the place up. It’s shame so many people don’t have home training. I really hope it doesn’t discourage the staff

I have pictures if there's a place to post. It was very irritating. The room wasn't swept or cleaned in some time. Stains on the towels and black mold growing on the ceiling in 310. I told them about it among the nasty microwave tray I took to him because I wanted him to see it. They said they were moving us to room 321 the next day and were going to treat the mold. Their way of treating it was white spray paint. The big ten championship game between Ohio State and Indiana was playing later that day. We got back from lunch and switched to 311. The TV worked in 310 had my 10 yr old with me and my wife. Go to watch the game TV is broke. I can't get anything until tomorrow the front desk girl tells me. By now I'm straight over this place and we went to dinner and came back to the room to sleep. My wife likes coffee...they neglected the coffee station it was old and nasty. Just extremely disappointing overall that staff seemed to just not care. I paid Friday and Saturday and it damn sure wasn't worth the $175. Not someone that leaves reviews but this time called for it.

The staff at check in were friendly and efficient. That’s the only good thing about this hotel. We booked a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa for myself, my husband, and our son. On the surface the room appeared clean, but the floor of the bathtub was peeling, the drawers in the dresser were full of trash and when we pulled out the sofa to put my son to bed the mattress was almost black with spots that could’ve been either blood or mold. I went down to the front desk to address the situation and the clerk just said they would contact the manager in the morning about it. Needless to say we didn’t end up staying there. I still haven’t heard back from management about a refund.
