Clean but poor management

The positives were that the room was clean and has plenty of storage. The bed was ok, and the sheets very soft. The negatives were that the staff did nothing about the groups of kids running loudly through the hallways at night. There were dirty socks in one of my cabinet drawers on arrival. I also had a malfunctioning hair dryer. It actually sparked and started smoking. When I notified the front desk in the morning, my response was check back later about a replacement. I came back later. No replacement was available, and there was nothing that could be done. It was only after I took the general manager’s card that the gentleman said he would bring a replacement to my room. I did get a working hair dryer at that point, but I was the one to suggest he take the malfunctioning (and fire hazard) out of the room and dispose of it. I was not impressed.

Older building that looks like it was up dated in last couple of years. Windows needs to be replaced in pool, and some of the rooms. Nice place and I would stay here again.
