Not super clean nor secure. Could smell the chlorine from the pool the moment you entered the lobby. The fitness facility needed a very good cleaning and did not need a swipe card to access. Rooms were clean upon first glance but lots of hair and debris in corners and by baseboards.

We were always greeted by Kelly at the front desk with a beautiful and welcoming smile. She always made sure we had what we needed. Our housekeeper on 3 was fantastic and our room was immaculate upon arrival. She made sure our room was stocked during our entire stay. Beautiful people and a beautiful property. Thank you!

Great help from Rochelle and Kelly when due to winter storm assisted in extending our stay and then correcting a double booking made in error by Expedia. Our King room was very clean and comfortable. The meals at the Bistro were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was fine. Staff was friendly. We had a large family reunion so gathering area was very nice. However both nights bar area was closed due to no bartender. We had chosen this plsce for this amenity. Also no complimentary breakfast.. not even a light continental breakfast That was disappointing.

The room was clean, beds very comfortable. The only downside was there was 2 carts to take your luggage up at checkin. With as much business as you conduct, you definitely need more carts for check in.
