One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Nice clean updated room. Awesome breakfast. King bed. Great price. Friendly polite staff. They did seem a little under staffed for the amount of guests but the staff did their best and appologized for any wait time at check in (which wasn't unreasonably long)

Good, as always.

Attending on duty was very helpful. Everything was squared away as is normal with Holiday inn. After staying at a various other brands of hotels, I appreciate Holiday Inn consistency with staff ability, numbers of staff, and not trying to ring every penny out of the hotel.

3rd floor under construction. room we were in should never have been rented out ! even at the discounted price. air conditioner / heater fan was so noisy that you could not hear talking in the room when it was running. no other room was available.

The hotel was decent. The location was perfect. The room was okay. There were a few nasty stains in the carpet and we we on the first floor and there was a lot of loud noise coming from the room above us.

Room 210. The shower was not easy to use as the controls only seemed to work on hot water. I went downstairs 4 times between 9:45pm and 1:00am to complain about noise coming from the room above us (the phone in our room didn't work). I went down to complain another time about noise from the room next to us.
