Room clean, quality toilet paper. Disappointed that there was no coffee included in the room, but motel was within a few minutes drive. The couple looking after things was friendly, helpful and courteous. There were shops nearby.

The owners were very nice and accommodating. Location is great - can walk to everything in town. The property, unfortunately, has gone downhill since we last stayed a couple of years ago. Rooms need freshening up and could be a bit cleaner.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and had a very sweet dog and cat. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the attached restaurant is also clean with decent bar & grill options. Steps from the Georgian Bay, quiet area and the price will see us back in the near future I'm sure.

Great experience. Easy walking to pubs, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Clean room, outdoor sitting area. Nothing fancy, but has everything you need. Great price and value for the money. I would stay here again.

The room was spotless. The parking lot grit will track in on your shoes if you leave them on. I have stayed here twice now and love the place and staff. A family run establishment. Not a chain hotel. The food is good in the pub, and there is often live music. The bay is a short walk. Poochies welcome.

Room was very comfortable and bathroom nice and clean. We have stayed here many times, but this time, we found it difficult to get to sleep with the outdoor live music on the adjoining pub's patio, both nights of our stay.
