Unfortunately our room was quite musty smelling when we arrived and we could not get the air con to work. It had been a very hot day, over 30 degrees, so it was a long hot night. We also missed the complementary breakfast as we did not know it closed at 9 am.

Floors were not vacuumed and the bed coverings were filthy. The chair in the room had stains on it. Black hair in the bathroom sink. Am here for 2 nights, my bed was made in such a sloppy and quick way when I returned to my room. Spending $150 a night here was not worth it. It’s like the cleaning staff really couldn’t care less. I have pictures I’d love to share.

Try to avoid, if at all possible. No elevator and lots of stairs as most parking is exterior lower level. Window in my room wouldn’t close with evidence of water damage down the interior wall. Shower curtain was discoloured and smelly. Internet didn’t reach the corner I was in so smart TV didn’t function. These were just some of the issues.

The room is clean and in good size. The location is right at highway 6 which is very convenient. The breakfast is good. Plenty of parking spots. My room is facing the highway and it is a bit noisy. Some kids were screaming in the hallway in the evening. 2 floor building. No elevator.

The Good: Conveniently located between Toronto and (closer to) Tobermory. Affordable price for the night. Parking was easy and convenient with enough parking spots. The online check-in was quick and convenient. The waffle maker for the breakfast in the morning was a hit. The Average: Wifi connection on the tv kept dropping every 40 mins or so. When you go to the tv settings and re-type it, starts working again. The microwave was kept on top of the mini refrigerator, but the wire was not long enough to connect to the wall outlet so we had to bring the microwave down on the ground to use it. Two out of the four boiled eggs that we took for our family ended up being half cooked.

Clean room, staff was friendly, wifi did not work consitantly dropping connection.made it very difficult to work. Breakfast was good, other then boiled eggs were over cooked. Hotel had a strong perfume smell as well. Other wise room was clean and served the purpose.

It’s ok for a night, but it’s a property that has seen better days. WiFi was terrible, kept dropping, beds not the best, and the less said about the breakfast offerings, the better. But it is clean and fairly priced.

it included breakfast, but what was worst about the place was I had left a special request for a wheelchair accessible room, but when we arrived the desk clerk said she had no note on the reservation. when I told her I had seen it after submitting it on the computer she just shrugged her shoulders and said it's not here! She was just concerned with payment, and when I showed her my receipt from Expedia all she could say was I need a credit card and ID.
