We actually checked in and left the property and was still charged, I have stayed at many Travelodge in my lifetime. This was disgusting. They were even doing the laundry in the lobby. I took a picture of it. Expedia should not use this as a site to book into The worst hotel I’ve ever been at.

While the property is as expected our air wasn't working. We called down and immediately Vanessa came up. She is also the front desk person. She tried but after 2 trips up it was obvious it wasn't going to work. No other rooms available so we were stuck. Thankfully she was able to bring a fan. That poor girl was in charge of the entire place no help. She deserves a raise. That being said you need more help.

The room was clean and air conditioner was working very well. One main issue is about a very small section for breakfast and waiting time to fill fruits or eggs was too much. Other than that it was not too far from shopping centers. The employees were kind and helpful.
