Well the precheck-in was terrible. I couldn't supply a copy of my D/L because I was already on the road, so I clicked SUBMIT, but it obviously didn't get there, because I had requested a 1st floor room, because of my bad knee. Nothing available when we got there. From the minute we got there, til well after 9 or 10 children were running and playing hockey in the hall. Where in the Hell were their parents, and where was the front desk. I called twice and it calmed down briefly, then got noisy again. Second day was better...the damn kids went home. The room was cold, even after I turned the heat on, and breakfast was so so at best. I think this was the third time satying at this hotel, and definitely the worst. I'll have to really think about it, whether or not to stay there again. Also I was asked online about my Travelodge points, but I thought I was collecting them but I didn't get a points card or number. Not a rewarding trip, at least not as far as the accommodations.
