They can certainly teach a few things to others about hospitality, being genuine and welcoming and creating the ultimate customer experience. Usually Great, but not this time.

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s usually great. However, this stay our room had a terrible strobe light located that was constant with the lights out that was on the in room fire alarm. Very much affected our rest and sleep quality.
