My showerhead kept falling down, and there was no pressure in the shower. I asked him to take money off my room or have a maintenance guy come fix it or move me to another room. He said they could move me to another room, but never got back to me.

The staff were great at check in and all 8 of us in 4 consecutive rooms which was great. The rooms and hotel were very clean and beds very comfortable. Only drawback was no blackout blinds in room, so very bright at day break.

Went for two nights to see back to back Ottawa Senators games / we were granted a late check out and thought we could have a relaxing morning - In general Im pretty mellow about minor things but a staff was blaring music and singing early morning - later we had our door banged on twice (once while my wife was in the shower) - Asking when we were leaving as their system was down - Felt legitimately harassed and just left - Also on game night two we were offered a shuttle to the game and back as we waited for our uber to arrive - we didn't know this was even an option - The room itself was nice enough spacious and the bed was comfortable- shame about the morning
