The bed was not made in the first room. The second room the cupboard door in the bathroom fell off on my husband’s foot. There was a noise all night from some kind of machine. The elevator was broken in the morning and the coffee machine was broken. Worst 225$ I have spent!

The bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly. There is no drain plug for the sink. The toilet barely flushed and the tub is dire need of re-caulking. The toilet paper roll is half out of the wall so the toilet paper keeps falling off. The breakfast area in the lobby is small and the carpets are badly stained. For the price we paid AND the additional $200 deposit charged to my card, we were disappointed to say the least.

The Quality Inn Orleans was conveniently located near the Richcraft Sensplex for our tournament and has both a pool and hot tub for relaxation when hockey is done. The room was nice although the bathroom showed some wear and tear.

Mold around tub, toilet paper holder had been torn off the wall, toilet would not flush, room was not serviced, most of the equipment in exercise room was broken. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok.

Title: Very disappointing stay despite convenient location I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the competition venue, even though the reviews weren’t great. I paid $530 for two nights, but the stay was truly disappointing. The furniture was old and worn out, and the entire hotel looked outdated. The carpet seemed very old as well. The worst part was the bathroom. There was mold around most of the bathtub edges, and the towels were in terrible condition — some were torn or even had holes. Breakfast was also disappointing. There were only about five small round tables, and there were no vegetables or fruits at all. The swimming pool area was dirty, and the hot tub was so filthy that I didn’t even want to get in. Everything about this stay was disappointing.
