The hot tub was smallish so we had to wait to use it but it was relaxing and hot. It’s located in the pool area so if anyone is being loud in the pool, it is hard to have a conversation in the hot tub. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the room was very comfortable and clean. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but a friend mentioned the breakfast was really good.

Upon arrival, we were graciously provided with early check-in. We were also provided with a room upgrade; which enhanced our Anniversary getaway. Hot tub, pool and gym was a nice added touch to have. Highly recommend Lord Elgin versus any other hotel in the downtown Ottawa core!

We had a very pleasant stay at Elgin Hotel during our Christmas vacation in Ottawa. The room was very clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice bedsheets. Very clean bathroom with marble finishing. The mini fridge in the room was a convenient addition. Very nice and fast check in experience. An excellent value for money hotel, located in the center of Ottawa close to museums, restaurants, market and mall. Will return anytime.

The room was clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub area was family friendly and even had puddle jumpers for my daughter, which I was excited to see because we forgot ours. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, both were delicious and servers were very lovely.

The room was very clean and nice. bathroom faucet was wonky and required some manipulating to get hot and cold water. Coffee machine was complicated. Otherwise the room was lovely with two big windows and a comfortable bed.
