The room was clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub area was family friendly and even had puddle jumpers for my daughter, which I was excited to see because we forgot ours. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, both were delicious and servers were very lovely.

The room was very clean and nice. bathroom faucet was wonky and required some manipulating to get hot and cold water. Coffee machine was complicated. Otherwise the room was lovely with two big windows and a comfortable bed.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. When we pulled up to the hotel the Vallet parking gentleman was very very helpful. We will definitely consider this hotel again should we stay in Ottawa.

Should have better communication when it comes to room assignment, u can't give a room with the bathroom door only slide with no lock and still having a gap even when it is closed , guess everyone needs some privacy, unless u share thia detail in advance and the client accepts it, and when offering to change the room , I don't think is better idea to give a room that connected to other room and end up hearing other people clearly, unless you share this detail in advance with both rooms , usually this type of room meant for large family booking. Shower head was spraying when running the water. Housekeeper did not show up untill 3 pm , end up calling the reception and request at least to change the towels.
