heart of downtown, everything was walking distance. flexible check out, great amenities, kind staff. i recommend 10/10. we loved trying out Thali, the amphibus stop was near by, the police memorial service was right across the hotel, definitely booking again ❤️

Very good stay and very nice hotel. Clean and doesn’t stink. If you are a light sleeper the traffic will keep you up, it settles slightly between 3am to 6am. I had to sleep with earbuds, headphones and pink noise to drain out the traffic.

Everything is walking distance from the hotel. The only downfall is the door from the hotel. There’s a large gab, count sleep, thought I had left the light on in the bathroom but it was the hallway lights shinning in under our door. The next night we had to put towels in front of our door to have a good night sleep. We were on the 8th floor. Pool & Hot tub was great!

Room was clean staff was helpful only hiccup was for whatever reason I was put in a corner with a wedding party the bride and groom were right beside me. And they got extremely upset when I watch into the corner of rooms were mine was. It made I an extremely uncomfortable night and morning as I could hear them complaining about me

Beds were very comfortable and room nicely renovated. HVAC fan was stuck on and blew cold air on the bed. Temperature thermostat didn’t work. Propped door open in evening to let cool air in. Terrible old odor of the building on entrance. Lobby area is disgusting and needs renovations. Was some entrance renovation on doors but the entire Lobby area needs to be modernized with a renovation to eliminate the old building smell.

It is under construction so you lose the historic vibe. my only reason to stay is because of its history. There is nothing extra special about hotel rooms. they are small, beds are ok. Service was ok not great. Example: No water bottles in rooms Location is good of going to events around there. Restaurant was nice but not exceptional. Hotel Is kept up nicely for its age. I parked across at the National arts centre for cheaper parking BUT not sure how safe it is walking underground late at night or early morning. I was a bit nervous.
