I've stayed here a few times now, it's always clean and they are always friendly. The airport shuttle makes it very convenient as well. There are also several dining options within walking distance. I plan to stay here again next time I'm in town.

Breakfast was nothing but processed food. Very salty, and otherwise lacking in flavour. Ottawa has Canada’s best bagels that you could be offering and perhaps som raspberry jam.
