Room was not great - bathtub from the 1940s, not very clean, too much furniture in a small room, could hear other guests in other rooms all the time. Hotel lobby and ambience is wonderful. Staff was amazing Zoe's bar on the main floor was fantastic.

Almost everything was great. The plug in the bathtub didn't quite seal and as before it would be nice to have TCM in the tv stations, but I was upgraded to a suite and it was a marvelous experience!

Highly pleasant experience. We got room upgrade to double beds with the greatest city view with Senate of Canada building and the War Memorial. My son and me rented the BMW bikes from the hotel. It was a very very fun riding along the trail. The hotel's location is superb. The hotel has a great vibe and the staff are all exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. After our depressing experience at another hotel on Elgin St., we won't be staying anywhere but Fairmont Chateau Laurier from now on.
