The shower had a problem regulating the temperature, but it was a perfect stay other than that. I wonder if it is possible to have a few more electric chargers for electric cars? The parking was full the evening I arrived and then, the next day, the chargers were all full. This complicated my return to Montreal significantly, as Ottawa does not have a great supply of EV chargers.

Chateau is an ideal location for visiting Ottawa. Staff is wonderful, ready to assist at all times. Albertina at front desk was so helpful!!

The stay was wonderful, the staff was friendly and courteous. The service was fabulous, the room was lovely and quaint. Although quite dusty. Zoes restaurant was not to our taste, but there are lots of great local restaurants near by.

can’t go wrong with a Fairmont but if they’re charging this much there should be a hot tub & complementary breakfast. the audacity to charge for “premium” wifi is quite insane ngl. staff & views from the room was lovely tho
