The staff were rude. They gave couple of free drinks tickets but when I asked for I drink, they said is only $10, and the remaining balance has to be paid. Every single drink cost $18. This is not about money, but tell your customers that you can a free drink. Instead, just be clear and explain that tickets are only for a discount. I am sure you can avoid a lot of unsatisfying customers

Great sized room with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, huge kitchen and nice balcony facing the lake. Close to universal (with their free shuttle) plus the outlet mall is less than a 3 min drive away. Water park is great for kids and priced really well. If you are on a long stay this is the place.

During the holidays the WiFi did not work in the bedroom or on the phones. Their system was overloaded so if you have work to do, you have to leave and go to Starbucks instead of being able to work from there. This made our stay difficult and they gave us points for Marriot but we don’t usually stay in Marriots so the points are useless. Some of the workers are rude.

Property and room are very clean with great view. Room equips with great kitchen wares, coffee machine, kettles, etc. However, we took 2 stars out due to noise from hard floor upstairs, low water pressure of guest bathroom shower and extremely soft pillows and mattresses considering the property just being in service. In addition, we did self-ordered for food at Aqua bar, and credit card got charged but the order didn't gone through, so we had to follow up with server after having to wait for over an hour.
