Rooms were very clean only thing eas our sink was clogged but we had a wonderful stay, parking are looks a little off but inside hotel makes up for it, very friendly staff.

I can’t say anything that I liked. Coming onto the property I was met with 2 elderly men in wheelchairs with amputated legs. Adjacent to the property is a rehab center. I think that should be included in the description and not be a surprise to patrons.

Would not stay again

Breakfast was good. But very limited options. The rooms did not have blackout curtain curtains. And people were vaping or smoking in their room right across from us and we could smell it. Staff was really nice though. They said they would have done something about it if we had called but we got in from Halloween Horror Noghgs after 3am.

The Good: The cooked to order breakfast was the best part. Waitstaff were excellent and food was good. Front Desk staff were friendly. Location was very convenient to I-4 and theme parks. The Bad: Hotel is dated and the condition reflects that. This is acceptable, however, at the excellent price point. However, a few things were not acceptable: Pubic and other long hairs leftover in multiple "cleaned" towels. (I requested towel service but was never done) Box of tissues set next to sink were sopping wet on arrival. Hairs left on bathroom floor. Shower curtain too short allowing water to spray all over bathroom flower after every shower. Lower portion of refrigerator did not work at all. Had the "bad" not occurred. I would happily stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating to me, I use a cane, and the receptionist was very kind enough to move my room closer, so I didn't have far to walk to reach the elevator.

Planned this trip on a budget and couldn’t believe the value i got for the price. Yes is it a luxury hotel but rooms were clean, parking convenient, free breakfast and friendly staff. Would consider again.
