Excellent on every level!

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast. Amazing room with very comfy beds. This is the place to stay. Only thing that would’ve made it better would’ve been to have more bathtub options for my wife and daughter but that’s a minor inconvenience for all of the other benefits. They tried to move things around but the hotel only has 4 bathtub rooms and they are handicap access. They have a shuttle that runs to Universal Studios in the morning multiple times and one that comes back to the hotel in the afternoon and evening for free. Just get your reservation in early for the shuttle and DON’T BE LATE!! The drivers have to stick to a tight schedule. This place is a great value and we will be staying here again on the next trip!

My stay at the hotel this weekend was simply excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with kindness and professionalism, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The facilities were spotless, with comfortable, clean rooms that were perfectly equipped to ensure a relaxing experience. I especially want to highlight the quality of service, the peaceful atmosphere, and the attention to detail. Additionally, the common areas, such as the pool and the restaurant, exceeded my expectations in both cleanliness and comfort. The included breakfast was varied and delicious, perfect for starting the day right. Without a doubt, I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, whether for leisure or business. The inicial room we got was very dirty. We requested a room change and this was better. The service was really good. Breakfast could be better. Location is very close to universal, and they provide a free shuttle service, which was nice.

Great stay

The place is great for the most part. It’s close to universal with about a 20-25 minute walk to citywalk. The room was nice and spacious. However the worst part is that the ac units are right next to your bed and it’s pretty obnoxious during the night. Woke my husband up every time. Also the bed was pretty firm (not my preference). Otherwise the breakfast was great with many options daily. The front desk was always cheerful and kind. Also the Japanese steakhouse near by was great!

I reserved a room and prepaid in full days in advance, I also checked in online a few hours before I arrived. When I arrived they said they didn’t have a room for me there and sent me to a nearby hotel which was clean but appeared to be a lower star rating.
