This spacious luxury penthouse suite (first floor) is located in the Vista Cay Resort, providing excellent accessibility to Orlando's numerous attractions. The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of the Orange County Convention Center (also known as the Orlando Convention Center) and a mere block from dining and shopping hotspot International Drive. Vista Cay is also one block from Shingle Creek Golf Course, six miles from Walt Disney World, four and a half miles from Universal Studios and Island of Adventure, two miles from Seaworld, ten miles from the Orlando Airport, three miles from Downtown Orlando and a one hour drive from Daytona, Busch Gardens, and many of Florida's renowned beaches.

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was great and the owner was super helpful. We had our departure pushed back and emailed the host to ask if we could check out 3 hours later than the normal checkout time. Our gracious host approved our late checkout request!Also - the amenities were above average. The saltwater pool was heated and the gym was better than expected. The condo’s location was perfect. Very close to Universal and SeaWorld. I highly recommend this place

Beware - post stay charges!

The place was nice, dishwasher was broken, kitchen utensils were sparse and of poor quality. Upon arrival there were towels on the outside balcony that were either left previously or fell from an above balcony with all the wind and rain. After checking out we received a bill for 210 for replacement “Turkish Towels” - at best the towels outside were from Target, and regardless they were not from the unit. I reached out to the owner with no response - we have pictures upon arrival and we went above and beyond to clean the place upon departure. There are plenty of properties at Vista Cay - I would strongly advise going with a different property.

Great location for the AAU volleyball tournament at the OCCC. Condo was as described. Pools at both locations were very nice. Newer one had less crowds. Close to everything you may need or want to do.

Stay at Vista Cay

The main reason I choose this property was because it listed that it was handicapped accessible. In some ways it was very good. We appreciated the bars in the shower but there were no bars near the toilet. It did have a shower chair. I usually rent a lift chair for my husband but the owner was afraid it would hurt the floors. Therefore my husband had to spend his time on the bed or in his wheelchair.

Great location, great little apartment. The only negative was that the pool was closed and were not notified ahead of time. We stayed there an extra day to have a pool day but the pool was closed and we had to leave the property to go to one. Or would have been nice to get that information ahead of time before getting the kids excited and walking to the moon existent pool.

The house is very clean and nice. Lots of space for our entire family (5 of us). We did have an issue with the AC unit when we were there, but the owner called me swiftly and got the property manager on the phone as well and the issue was resolved very quickly. Very pleased with the space and the owner making sure we were comfortable. Would stay again for sure. James

Rented two apartments for a conference. The air conditioner and heat did not work in one of the units. I was told by the property manager it would be three to four days until repaired due to the weekend and a holiday. He also said for us to “just keep the door and window open” and use the ceiling fans and we would be fine. I did tell him we were unable to use some of the ceiling fans due to the horrible vibration, he said he would have them fixed, unfortunately days later and they are still not fixed when we checked out. Also, you cannot sleep with open windows in the area due to the outside noise in the parking lot. I did ask for a partial refund and have had no response.
