The Hotel is adorable. However while we were there they had plumbing issues and the floors below us had their water turned off and it was raining from the ceiling in the lobby. We also had AC problems so for 1 1/2 days of our stay our room was 76-82 degrees before they finally fixed it.

The hotel is very nice. However in our stay a pipe burst and we did not have water or AC in our room. They had to move us from room which front desk did not hesitate to do, due to the issue that was happening. My only issue was that they entered my room without permission and left it open. Nothing was stole, thank god.

I don't know who has put together the management for this hotel but you might want to rethink it and start over. Chicken was a nightmare.The young lady was very rude.Not helpful in any way. Could not. Answer the simplest question. Spoke extremely fast. There were not enough handicap.Ped parking spots 42 narrow. Where? There should be handicap parking.There's valet parking We will never stay here again and we stay at some of the best hotels.We're past holders at these parks. We spent lots of money in hotels.This was a disappointment beautiful hotel, though.Don't get me wrong beautiful hotel. Customer service horrible.

I stayed at the Landy during my son’s spring break. We had a comfortable stay it was nice, quiet, and very cozy! The hotel staff was amazing with the slight inconvenience of not having hot water for the first day of our stay. I would recommend the landy and I would stay again.
