Nice hotel. Comfy beds. Super close to Disney and the fireworks were somewhat visible from our room. There is not a Starbucks in the lobby like it shows in the pictures, but there is a small coffee shop. Would stay here again!

Hotel lobby and amenities have looked like they have been recently updated. The room was clean and no problems checking in. When we went to go use the pool saturdaymornig there was a sign on the door

When driving up you can clearly see it’s not an original Holiday Inn it was something else before! The first room they gave us was dingy and musty smell like had been closed up for a while with an adjacent door in the room so I kindly ask to be switched. She put us all the way on the 7th floor at the end of the hallway by the stairwell I asked were we the only ones on the floor she said yes the hotel was empty😳 she switched us to the 2nd floor room was just as worst we were itching and adjacent door! I called Expedia got a full refund and left for my sanity and health! This place tried to charge the card on file for the full fare but a week or so later it fell off!! This place is nothing like a regular Holiday Inn and it scary as hell! Not in a good or nice area. Stay clear! Or yeah they charge a $19 a day resort fee! Most hotels have done away with the resort fee but charge parking so please read PROPERTY DETAILS
