The people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They had plenty of parking under the buildings and out front . The pools were clean grounds were nicely landscaped. I give Grand Beach Resort a ten and look forward to my next visit.

There is a beautiful lake with a sandy beach,piers,hammocks and an awesome mini golf course.The units are roomy with nice balcony.It is not pet friendly although I wish it was.

Second time staying here. Close to Disney and Universal Studios. The washer and dryer was a big bonus in our 2 bedroom suit. Will keep using this hotel when I’m down in Florida for my Disney trips

Lots of space for a family with three bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice screened patio. Great proximity to Disney World parks (no more than 20 minutes and usually less). Many food options within a 10 minute drive.
