I would say 10 out of 10 value for the money, location was decent, but given how central Florida is, I believe it’s common to need to be able to drive everywhere. If driving, it is very close to a bunch of food options and to Disney. But even with Its proximity, Its area provides a good amount of privacy. The property itself is very well-maintained, this place absolutely exudes five star resort. My kids enjoyed this pool which was warm. Our room was amazing, with plenty of space. I would definitely be staying here again!

We arrived early and needed to check out late. How hotels respond to that request (two in our case) gives insight into how they treat their customers. As it happens they agreed to both. Our rating would be the same if they’d been unable to help. The reception team and cleaners were excellent. Promoting of time share is a given but they were not at all over pushy, which we appreciated. Thanks Chris. Our best praise goes to Alberto. Thanks to him our 4th trip to this hotel has been booked already.
