From when we arrived until checkout of the property, my family and I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Vacation Club Grande Villas Orlando. The staff at the front desk was friendly and very helpful with letting us know about the specifics about the grounds, and how to get around Orlando and to Tampa. Once we got to our villa, me, my wife and daughters were in awe of the space! We had the 2 bedroom villa, and we were impressed with the overall layout of the space. The dining room and living room space allowed us to have space to gather and talk and eat together. The villa was clean throughout and the staff stopped by daily to check if we needed anything. The grounds were quiet, and the pool was nice with a cool shop was nearby to order food and grab some Starbucks. You have to get a feel for the place you’re going to stay at away from home, trusting your gut/instincts about the place your family and yourself will be staying at. This is a great place. We were very satisfied with our stay here.

Stayed at the Property with my daughter and grandson. We found it to be very clean and excellently maintained. Our 2 Bedroom suite was roomy, comfortable, and felt like home the grounds were impeccable and the property had many amenities and activities. We visited with nearby family during our stay but they visited with us more often because they liked the property and our suite so much. We highly recommend this Vacation property and plan to stay again if available early next year.

Nice property but if you are in building A, you get all the noise from bar and pool area until 11pm. They try to force you into a time share two hour + meeting. Our 2 bedroom apartment was outstanding We have stayed at Grande Villas many times and they never fail to deliver the best service. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities Pools lovely and clean, grounds kept lovely and tidy. Well stocked mini mart and great takeaway at the deli. Well situated for all the parks, no need to use the dreaded I4 !! Highly recommended, can’t wait to book again

Great location and activities, but disappointing service experience... I recently stayed at this hotel for a two-week trip and overall, the property itself is lovely — the location is convenient, and the activities offered were enjoyable and well-organized. However, I had a very disappointing interaction with the front desk manager, Carla Pino, that left a sour taste at the end of an otherwise nice stay. I simply asked to extend my reservation by one extra day and was told it wasn’t possible. Carla didn’t even check the system or make an effort to help — it was a flat-out refusal. Out of curiosity, I checked the app myself and was immediately able to book the extra night with no issue. It was baffling and frustrating to be dismissed like that when a solution was clearly available. Customer service matters, especially at the tail end of a long stay. This lack of effort to assist left me feeling unvalued as a guest. I hope the hotel invests in better training and guest support moving forward.

Stay a while

Honestly it was different, I am so used to Hilton properties being gated. But this one was not and had me a little nervous. That means anybody can walk in or drive in and do what they want, grates there was security at night but it would be more safer to have one rover and another one at the gate if one was there. Other than that the rooms were great, clean, quiet, and well kept. I loved that they kept I touch with me throughout the stay via text.
