The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and of an upscale, contemporary design. All staff was very friendly, including William at the front desk and Sam at the restaurant. The restaurant food was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed our view of green space out our room window. Thank you for that! We will definitely stay here again if/when we return to Orlando.

Clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Location was great for airport however not close to many restaurants. There was a restaurant onsite for breakfast/dinner. Shuttle service was prompt and our driver was very nice. Rooms were nice size and clean. Would definitely stay here again if I was looking for someplace close to the airport.

Beautiful and very clean room! Staff was absolutely fantastic. The only downside is you are right next to a busy street so it can get loud, but aside from that we would stay again.

Rooms are very clean. The hotel charges for coffee, does not offer complimentary breakfast and also does not have a pool. Close to airport so that is nice. Male Shuttle driver ripped my suitcase when unloading it. Female shuttle driver was excellent. She was friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of issues with the computer at the front desk each day we were there. We had actually stayed an extra 2 days from 13-15. The front desk personnel seemed to always have a hard time getting in to access our account. We did not have coffee our first night and morning due to coffee machine not working. We had to wait until next day for maintenance to bring another machine. We went down to the bar to have a snack and wine our first evening. The bar did not have Chardonnay. Not sure if they were out or did not carry it. The bartender could not answer that question. So we left. Overall it was a great stay. Employees were very nice, helpful, and accommodating and pleasant to interact with
