We arrived exhausted to a room with no working TV, Towels for 3 when we were a party of five and no linens for the sofa bed. We called repeatedly to the front desk, and no one ever answered.

If your going to Disney and need a hotel nearby and not staying on property The Renaissance Orlando Resort Hotel is the premier hotel to book. Its a beautiful hotel, the staff is super friendly, curteous and helpful and its a close walk to Disney springs. Theres a shuttle to the parks and this hotel offers early entry! Rooms are clean and spacious. You cant go wrong here!

Front desk employees really rude not professional at all and not efficient they don’t know how to interact with clients always with bad attitude and they are dealing with guests, not the first time staying at the hotel, first time experience was poor too always is something with the afternoon/night shift, had to wait an hour for a set of sheets for the sofa bed, it was a long day, visiting the area for work and after a long day what I want is to rest and have a relaxing time and I can’t… house keeping employee was respectful and really professional

We did not have breakfast as not for us as price to much staff at hotel was great helpful kind to us bell men we had did great job with luggage understand why very got bell men well done to him need pay rise thanks to hotel for madeing us feel wellcome and thanks for great room outstanding hope to be back soon

The rooms are big and spacious. The hotel decor is pretty, open and looks to be new decor. The staff was very nice and the restaurant food was really good. Great location and price. Will definitely be back.

Hiddens fees such as parking - 2 $100 holds were placed on my card and was only told about 1. Beds were hard as a rock. Pullout couch was only big enough for 1 person

Everywhere in the hotel you pay 18% forced gratuity. The toilet paper is extremely cheap as well as the soap. The hotel is newly renovated which is nice and a nice location walkable for Disney springs. The pool is nice but not heated all the time. And the shuttle to the park is good.
