We were supposed to have a king size, city view room. We arrived at check in to be told the only king available was on the 2nd floor in the outside building (not the main tower). The room was huge but had no seating, just the bed. There was ample room for a sofa or chair like the other king room we stayed in last year but none there. The balcony looked out on the parking lot and we were told to enter through the back doors as a “shortcut”. This doors led to outside which was often propped open with a rock which allowed anyone access to the hotel. Our 2nd floor door had a handle where anyone could access the floor. The bathroom was not as pictured. The HVAC unit outside made an awful noise the entire time. I was very disappointed in this stay.

The valet was so sweet! Every time I arrived and departed in an uber, they assisted. The walk to Disney springs was super easy. And I was able to check into my room first thing in the morning after arriving at 9am. I wasn’t expecting a room to be ready so it was a VERY APPRECIATED surprise!

the only thing about this hotel we liked was that it included Disney early entry. The food was good but expensive. Next time we'll stay at Drury.
