Our room that slept 5 only had 3 bath towels available. The sleeper sofa pull out bed was all springs. The room was clean with nice decor.

The property is great excellent location and the room was very nice. We did have an issue with our shower that didn’t get fixed before we left and the staff at the restaurant were subpar, but the staff in the hotel were amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location! The staff were all very friendly, the lobby was clean, the food options were pretty good, and the location was perfect! We enjoyed our room as well it was also very clean and had a nice view, a very adequate space to say the least! Only thing was that the phone in the room wasnt working and on the 12th floor the hallway smelled a bit damp/moldy… but aside from that everything was great!

I really like return my money. Was a very bad experience. Front desk was no nice. Very rude Í really don’t be confortable with this staff. Valet was nice people. But front desk wasnt. I feeling like a spent money that doesn’t bring a good service. I will never ever been in this hotel.

The server chris at the restraunt is the best. The hotel is amazing, very clean. The cleaners decorated the room every night so it was fun to come back to. The the front desk staff was very kind. 10/10

Decided to stay here for my one year anniversary with my boyfriend as it was closely located to the parks and due to the last minute plan we weren’t able to spring for a Disney Resort without breaking the bank. Let me tell you, I wish I spent the extra money because this hotel was truly terrible. We were located in the Linai area which is off the side from the check-in building. The entire part of this building smelled of mildew! The floor in our room was cracked. You couldn’t take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor and on top of that I hope you don’t plan on having a hot shower after the parks because my water was cold!! They gave us the wrong room the first time and when I went back to the desk they brushed it off by saying that the room was mislabeled. Unsure why this hasn’t been fixed by the property and doubt this is the first time it has happened. Also, was hoping for maybe something special for our anniversary even a note card in the room would have sufficed, but nothing. Would not stay here again, in fact, I am extremely dissatisfied to the point that I wish I could get my money back because what I spent is nowhere near worth the horrible experience I had.

Property was a good value even though their daily resort fees seemed a bit high at first. But it does include Disney early access and a free shuttle bus to and from any of the Disney parks. Room was spacious but the beds seemed a bit old and too soft and spongy. Bathroom was clean except the shower had some chipped tile and was missing the drain cover. Also strangely no washcloths only hand towels and bath towels.

Walkable to Disney Springs and shuttle pickups to parks are convenient. Clean facilities. Only one on site restaurant but food was good. No complimentary breakfast. I was told that because I booked through an outside source they couldn’t work with me as far as giving us extras such as a complimentary breakfast. So book directly with hotel if looking for upgrades upon check in.

My room was not clean nor was I given fresh towels. When housekeeping came to my door I asked her to come back shortly. I left my room 25 minutes later. When I returned, I expected to see my room cleaned. However, it wasn’t. Trash was still in the wastebasket. The only thing she did was turn off the tv.

Love the room very spacious and clean. Me and my husband went for our Disney trip and they have early entry and free transportation to the parks that was a plus for us. All the staff was so kind and helpful.
