A week before my reservation they advised the elevators were down. When I heard this, I was worried as I would have a number of carry ons to bring. The staff reassured me that they would either give me floor ground room or some would carry the bags up to the floor. We got there and nope neither of these happened. We had to risk leaving most bags in the car and struggled with the other bags ourselves to a third floor room. The room had a huge water puddle at the door from the rain. The AC unitades all sorts of noise and the fridge had this high pitched noise that was ear piercing. Other than this the beds were clean and comfy.

The property is clean and the surrounding area is safe and near a gas station, CVS, and many restaurants. It was a short drive from the Disney Parks. And breakfast was good. especially considering the price for the motel.
