Room 1101

This is the first time I feel need to write a bad review about a hotel. I don’t even know where to start. Luxury escape - big NO! When we arrived to our room 1101 first thing we saw was water bubbles on several walls. Next to my side of the bed was electric outlet and around it tape and wet wall. I was scared to touch it. One night was aheavy rain and water was fallinf down frim roof. We informed people who worked there but they didn’t react. And the smell is bad in the room, coming from showers. We were offered to change room in the end of our stay because we talked to General manager by coincidence. Pool is in a bad shape, insects are on the surface and also on the edge of the pool so you need to be careful. The floor on the pool is so slippery that I fell first day we arrived. Breakfast is poor. If you want to order food from there you need to pay 21% service fee. We ordered breakfast for last day, as we had to go 6am and of course they forgot it. When we came to do check out they were sleeping and when we asked about the deposit, he just said he will inform us by mail. My fiancé was really persistent and he wrote some note on the paper. Tgis hotel is also the only one asking for deposit. I have to say that they have a good shuttle service. They are really far away from everything. First day we got wrong info about the shuttle too. they said we have to organize ourselves on the way back and her colleague said he can always send someone to pick us up.
