We had to wait afterv4 for our toom, bedding and shower were dirty . The ammentitiea were closed ,I sent an email before hand woth no response about tye amentities,no answer. Also they gave food credits to everyonr but cohldnt use them ,restraunt was full. Terrible stay for my birthday. Also i left something behind they refused to look where I tokd them it was at.
