Don't be fooled by the pictures

The hotel rooms look nothing like the pictures. Don't be fooled. Maybe 1 or 2 rooms look like that but the room we stayed in was awful. Rust all over the bathroom, toilet seat barely hanging, you sunk into the beds, the furniture was all beat up, they literally gave us 2 hand towels as shower towels, there was a smell to the room, only bathroom light and door way light worked. Definitely find somewhere else or ask for an upgraded room

The lobby was nice. Staff at check in were helpful. The rest of the hotel was dirty. There was a water leak in the hall outside of our room the 3 days we were there. After check in the staff were nowhere to be found. Even if you tried to call there was no answer. Breakfast was cereal bars and packaged muffins. We checked out a day early.

The toilet seat was broken only had one bolt holding it on. The knob for the shower was about to fall off. Black mold on the shower walls. The room smelled like smoke. The chair had sweat stains on it and some other stain on it. The hotel smelled like weed. Dogs barking all night.

Nice/average

Check in was fast and efficient. Beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was terrible. Don’t stay here if that’s your main reason. Pool was good (not heated) and gym was out of use.

The walls are paperthin. Adults and kids loud at the pool, music blaring. You can hear every footstep of people walking down the hall, every voice. You can hear dogs barking, hallways smells. The towels are the size if hand towels. You would expect a little better with Wyndham in the name. I would never recommend, even for 1 night. Considering sleeping in my car.

The rooms were not hotel chain quality clean. The towels were not professionally cleaned they were dirty looking, dingy and hard. The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet seat was old missing color in spots, old urine in places. I saw a roach in the bathroom. There piles of dog poop in the white rocks. The headboards needed to be replaced,mattresses were lumpy. The owner is not doing proper upkeep of the facility. I was really disappointed and this is the first time I have given a place a negative review. Stay at your own risk.

The foyer of the hotel is very nice and appealing as are the night-time lights outside. That’s where it ends. Staff handed us our key with no direction to room, no information, no timings for breakfast, no “pleasantries”. The room was unclean, floors were dirty. “Breakfast” is a glorified snack bar. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbors talking and every door slams. Previous reviews rate it a 5.8/10. So I wasn’t expecting perfection, but it would be nice to not be woken throughout the night by noise

Mysterious rust color leaking from under dresser, stains on the mattress, and a cockroach the size of my baby finger. Towels are twenty years old, dirty, and see-through. Hallways are dark and dingey, and the no security on the outside doors, they stick open and back on to a poorly lit parking lot.
