A wonderful experience, that deserves a thank you and a great review. The Shoreline staff was incredible. Owen especially made the evening special for everyone. The restaurant/bar manager, Chris, was a contributing member of the team. The supportive leadership really shows. An overall pleasurable stay in a great location and views. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel overbooks rooms in the hope that people don't arrive. They then send them to a hotel more than 10 minutes away and make them get an uber to get there. The hotel they send people to is not at all the same level of hotel as the one booked. They are completely unapologetic about this practice and said they oversold the hotel that night by at least six rooms and this happens all the time. I would not recommend booking this hotel unless you are okay being told when you get there that you have to take an uber to another hotel 10 minutes away.

We had to pay $15 a night to park in the parking lot, on Saturday 11/17 there was an event at the convention center and we couldn't find a place to park. We never got housekeeping services during our 3 night stay. We did not put a sign on the door to skip us either, had to ask for extra towels each day. The mattress was so hard, my hips, back and shoulder hurt so bad each morning. Very disappointed, when I checked out, I told the clerk I would submit my issues via the site for assistance as I knew she could not assist.

have stayed here before- rooms are nice, had a disabled room...roll-in shower was great, but the beds were at a normal room level...way too high, they need to be at a lower level
