Hotel is one of the best ones around there. I loved it! Great price. Did not have breakfast when I stayed there, their kitchen & bar were closed during my visit. I still had a great experience, and I recommend it.

very old hotel, needs a complete update. AC was only working in the rooms, hallways very hot. NO BREAKFAST, thought it was advertised. Doors sticking, had to call the hotel employee to help us open it, so did the neighbors. Overall, be going somewhere else next time!

The hotel is old dirty and gross! The toilet in our room overflowed leaked into the room below us we went to the front desk and the girl gave us a bucket and plunger to clean it up!!!! Unacceptable we shouldn’t have to clean up an overflowing toilet nor have to fix it! We are paying guests not employees! Do not stay here!

It is clear the property is in a state of decline. Many room key readers are missing or broken. The website advertised free breakfast which is not available. Restaurant and bar are closed. No housekeeping for four days.

Your ad on Expedia promised a free breakfast--no food at all this morning. Only lukewarm coffee. Ad promised a full bar. Your bar now is used for storage. Our room had no ice bucket, and I had to go to front desk for toilet paper. We were disappointed and cannot recommend your facility to others. Your employee at the desk , James, was very nice and tried to cover for your shortcomings.

Hotel was not on par with other hotels we've stayed at. Couldn't even enjoy sitting out on balcony because it was sooo unGodly hot. Knob to turn on water in shower was difficult to pull, hallway off elevators was like walking into a sauna, no central air, no ventilation, sky lights weren't functional. Room was clean, but overall view of hotel was disappointing. Stayed here when "renovations" were taking place, but didn't see much improvement.

When we arrived for our stay at approximately 2am, we went to our room and the bed had no linens on it, I tried to call the front desk, no phones in the room, I did find the number, via their website but it took me two trys to get some one on the phone, they did move us to a different room. When we got up in the morning, found out the shower didn’t work and the cleaning ppl were trying to get in our room and there was no coffee for the coffee pot. All in all it sucked there, do not recommend

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are being upgraded and look fantastic. Our room was very large, despite the king size bed. It is located on the west side of town and is a short drive to the downtown eatery and shopping areas.
