Property was advertised as having a swimming pool but when we got there, the pool was drained and filled with mud. The hallways smelled like weed and room smelled musty. The bathroom had huge areas of paint chipping off of the walls and door. The whole room was dirty, barely even wiped down and there were stains on the comforter. We chose not to stay after the 1st night of our 5 night stay and were told by Expedia that we could get a refund if we checked out by 11am. We did so and then had to fight for 2 days to complete the cancelation of the room and refund because the hotel owner would not answer the phone or confirm that we had checked out. It was a nightmare and ruined most of our trip. Save your time and money. The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is that the free breakfast is a sit down breakfast and you get to order off of a menu. The waitress worked her butt off and was very friendly despite being the only person on duty serving many tables at the same time. But don't expect a quick breakfast.

loved that there was a Grill/Pub in hotel!!! food was GREAT!!! service was friendly!! Breakfast was made to order in morning…(not the normal free breakfast buffet)….. we were just stopping for the night and was very pleasantly surprised!!! hotel itself is a little run down but I would definitely refer and stay again!!!!! If I lived i. the area I would go back for dinner and drinks!!!!😁

Was traveling with family, used Expedia to reserve a room in Erie, PA, noticed our gps didn't match our reservation and realized it was in Fairvie, PA not Erie PA, so we called the hotel to cancel but manager wouldn't cancel even tho it was within 20mins after reservation was made. We went ahead and turned around and went back since he wouldn't cancel and it was out of our way. We pulled into to the parking lot and people were standing around drinking in the parking lot with load music playing. Bottles broken in the parking lot where you check in at. We didn't stay, we drove back up to Erie PA and stayed somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Especially a family with kids. The manager has zero sympathy!

The bathroom had a hole in the wall. My blinds were broken. The bathroom was clean. The beds were clean. So the hotel I rate as ok. But the little restaurant attached is amazingly good. The food is great. Nice waitresses as well. Nothing much else at this exit.

This hotel was a major letdown for my family. We were in town visiting a relative who is getting treatment at a medical facility in the area and not on vacation, so we were not looking for anything fancy - just decent accomodations and a pool for the kids to help spend the down time. When searching on expedia, our criteria was pretty basic: a clean place big enough for my family of four with a pool. Well, there was no pool. And I don't mean we ran into back luck and something was wrong with the pool - the area where the pool was supposed to be was a mess and it was completely empty and appeared to have been empty for some time. False advertising! I would have stayed somewhere else - this was not worth my money. This was a total letdown for the kids who already had to be on their best behavior for the relative. Additionally, our toilet was VERY slow to flush and always appeared to be on the verge of overflowing and the shower ran lukewarm at best. It was clean enough and for someone who just needs a place to crash, this would fit the bill, but expedia needs to update this listing. I definitely will not be using expedia again. I looked this hotel up on its official website and the pool is not currently listed. Again, absolute bait and switch.

Move down the road

My wife and I are in our 80's and wanted a first floor room. Ours was a half floor down (6 steps) . Either no first floor rooms were available or the young woman at the desk lacked authority to move us. My wife uses a rollator but we managed. The wall controls for the air conditioning were missing. We were told to stand on the couch and reach the controls over our head. I have photos. In the shower we could only get luck warm water although the sink in the other room had hot water. When I went to exit the side door nearest the room I was attacked by a swarm of yellow jackets. I was stung in the head before I could step back inside and close the door. I immediately advised the front desk and suggested a sign be placed on the door. Two days later when we checked out, no sign or removal of the wasps.
