The room was clean and the staff were pleasant, but there were kids screaming and running up and down the halls. Also, the pool and hot tub were overflowing with people. Could not use either of them.

Great big room with a "living room" component. There's a regular-sized hotel swimming pool, and then a really big one with a slide, a "lazy river", and various water attractions for kids. The whole thing is 3 feet deep or less, making it perfect for children. The breakfast buffet was quite excellent, plenty of room for eating a hearty breakfast. Highly recommend!

The pool area was amazing but there should be a staff member that walks through at least once every hour to make sure all guests are being safe and allowing other guests to enjoy the space as well.

The people in the rooms across the hall & each side were extremely loud and disruptive. I was woken up at 4am to what sounded like a hallway party and that continued until about 8am. The waterpark slide in the pool area was being misused and causing safety concerns, despite reporting it to the desk the kids and parents were never addressed. I brought my concerns all up again during checkout. The manager said she would be giving me points on my club membership but that never happened.

Overall is a very great clean property. The waterpark was awesome and has an extra pool on property. We had a king bed in our room and the door was starting to fall off the frame/ hinge so it was a little inconvenient at times for noise blocking and keeping the door shut.
